RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If your satisfaction was not met with our product after 30 days of its purchase, you can return or exchange your items. To qualify for a free return label, you must have purchased return protection at checkout. If return protection was not purchased, you will need to cover the cost of the return label. The product must be returned in the same packaging and condition it came in (including the case and essentials kit). Upon approval of the return, the credit will be returned to your account in 7-10 business days. For exchanges, please ensure that you specify the style you would like to exchange for.

Our returns process only applies to our website purchases, if you bought the product in store, please refer to your BEX® retailer.

SUNGLASSES ONLY:

Our returns program is eligible only for our NON-prescription eyewear. Frames cannot be re-used on Optical Orders.

ORIGIN OF PURCHASE:

Our return policy is for United States returns only. If you are an
international customer, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
